The private villa has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Outside, a huge swimming pool, all surrounded by spacious terraces and a beautiful garden.
Throughout the rest of the expansive property one can find a large kitchen, dining room with its own terrace, a library, sauna, fitness room and lounge. Every room in Villa Delmata has individually controlled air conditioning and heating.

We could not fault the place at all! The location was brilliant, and all the rooms were a good size. Although there are a lot of levels, you are given an amazing view of split, looking right at the sea. The balcony catches the sun really nicely, and the place stays nice and cool inside. The host was lovely and responsive, very easy to message.
Lovely spot very close to the water in a beautiful area. The house itself was amazing especially the view from the terrace.

L'appartement était très propre et très bien rangé, tout était assorti, grande terrasse avec piscine.
Das Beste an der Wohnung ist die große Terrasse. Ein guter Ort, um morgens in der Sonne zu entspannen und abends, wenn es dunkel ist.
Es gibt ein Einkaufszentrum 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt, und wenn Sie ins Stadtzentrum gehen möchten, können Sie einfach einen Uber nehmen. Die Lage war großartig!

A good place to stay in Split with a larger group! Large terrace and a nice pool. Overall a good place to stay and good value for money.
Communication at the start could have been clearer (check-in instructions need to be requested from someone else via a different app).
