Equipped with an elevator, it is located a short distance from the cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, with Piazza della Repubblica and the Ponte Vecchio just a few minutes’ walk away. The space
The apartment is spread over two levels offering a suggestive and comfortable environment. On the first level you will find a large, well-appointed living room with a large TV and fully equipped bar area. There are two bedrooms on this level (the third bedroom is on the upper level), each with its own private bathroom:
Bedroom 1 has a double bed (180cm wide and 210cm long) and a large bathroom with a large and fantastic shower.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed (180 cm wide and 210 cm long) which can be converted into two single beds (ON REQUEST), and a bathroom with double shower.
In the living room area there is a comfortable bathroom and a laundry area with a high quality washing machine and two dryers.

The second level, accessible by a large staircase, houses the third bedroom.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed (190cm wide and 210cm long) and a bathroom with a beautiful bath and shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large table for meals. The real attraction is the beautiful terrace, which offers a direct view of Brunelleschi’s dome and a breathtaking panorama of the surrounding hills, including the picturesque landscape of Fiesole.
