Charming Chalet in Kitzbuhel with sauna

This chalet is one of the most unique luxury catered chalets in the Alps. Located at an altitude of 1,645m, the spectacular setting has you at the heart of the Kitzbühel ski area, one of the finest ski domains in the world. Here you get to enjoy a ski in ski out location, just 50m from the start of the world famous Hahnenkamm downhill race.

The chalet can accommodate up to 12 guests in five en-suite bedrooms, including the master suite arranged across the entirety of the top floor. The chalet’s dedicated team will look after all your needs and the chef will deliver first class meals in the beautiful dining room.

In the evenings you can watch the sun go down on the terrace whilst being warmed by the fire pit, before retiring to the living room. There is a spa area with steam room, hammam and relaxation area, along with a fitness room.

Getting to the chalet is part of the excitement and experience of staying at this chalet. The Lodge is located around 50m from the mountain station of the Hahnenkamm cable car, literally at the top of the mountain. Upon arrival the chalet team will meet you at the valley station and take care of your luggage and ski gear.

You then take the cable car up the mountain and once at the top walk on snow for around 2 minutes to the Lodge. The property can only be reached this way during the operating hours of the cable car and this makes the mountain experience truly exceptional! You can ski directly from the Lodge and to a lift close by, so you can use the ski area without needing a feeder lift from the valley.

When the sun sets it is absolute peace and quiet until the next morning when one can use the option of an Espresso Breakfast. This Lodge classic stands for a quick coffee at around 08:00am, followed by the first run down on the freshly groomed ski slope before getting on the first cable car up in the morning. You can then enjoy your normal breakfast, before heading back onto the slopes.

With its unique location at the top of the Hahnenkamm cable car, it is therefore only accessible during operating hours of the Hahnenkamm cable car. The operating hours are daily from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, Fridays to 11.00 pm and Saturdays to 6.00 pm. For those driving to resort, there are three underground parking spaces available at the lower terminus of the Hahnenkamm cable car.
