A very cozy house, the ski slope is very easy to reach on foot and by ski. Matilde was a very good host, she was always available for us and our questions and responded very quickly. This house is certainly a great place to stay
Had a lovely stay, the host is super responsive and the chalet is very well stocked to accommodate a group of people!
The location was perfect with easy access to every spots. It was comfy and clean. I will certainly book again this place.

Wir haben das Haus mit 10 Personen und zwei Hunden sehr genoßen. Das Haus liegt völlig ruhig und eignet sich gut als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Unternehmungen in die nähere Umgebung. Giuseppe war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns viele gute Ratschläge für Locations in der Umgebung gegeben.

Ho trascorso una settimana ospite di Giuseppe nella sua splendida villa con tutta la mia famiglia (10 persone). La suddivisione su 3 piani ha permesso a tutti di avere la propria autonomia, con la possibilità di riunirsi in ambienti piacevoli e spaziosi ogni volta che lo si desiderava.
La villa è molto bella, curata ed elegante. Si percepisce che è una casa di alto livello arredata con grande gusto. La villa è inoltre dotata di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza con la famiglia. L'assistenza durante il soggiorno è stata puntuale e davvero molto utile è stato il libro della casa che Giuseppe mi ha inviato in tempo con tutte le informazioni, alcuni suggerimenti di attività da fare durante il soggiorno e i ristoranti consigliati. In sintesi: feedback assolutamente positivo! Con ogni probabilità torneremo presto a trovare Giuseppe.

Questa casa era perfetta per le nostre 5 famiglie. Ognuna di noi aveva il proprio piano con cucine estremamente ben fornite. Avevamo tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. L'arredamento era bellissimo e la casa era molto pulita. Giuseppe era molto reattivo e rispondeva alle mie domande spesso in pochi minuti.
Guiseppe was a helpful and knowledgeable host. He gave great recommendations and even found us a babysitter! The house was gorgeous with something interesting in every room. The location was perfect for walking into town or a quick drive to the ski resorts. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Cortina!
Giuseppe’s Villa was absolutely stunning. We felt right at home, extremely cozy and charming.
Amazing location near city center and ski slopes. Equipped with all the necessaries from Bath to Kitchen. We stayed for 8 nights and didn’t wanna leave.
