Surrounded by pastures and woodland, enjoys an isolated setting 700m from Arabba in the heart of the Dolomites. Depending on snow conditions, expert skiers can access the slopes via an off-piste trail, followed by a 200m walk to the lifts in resort, or a five-minute ride on a snowcat that is used exclusively for guests of the chalet.
Perfect for tobogganing, race training or torchlit skiing, guests also have use of a private handheld lift on a private ski track, when snow conditions permit. There is a private heli-pad in front of the chalet for anyone who wishes to fly directly to or from the chalet.
Is the combination of two internally connected buildings – Maso and Masetto. Renovated with sustainability in mind, the chalet has been restored using recycled materials to try and keep the traditional appearance and charm of the old structure. The buildings are classified in energy class A1, so the underfloor heating costs and related fuel consumption are low.
The main entrance to the chalet on the first floor leads into a light and spacious open plan living area with wood-burning fireplace and epic mountain views. There is an elegant dining area and modern kitchen too. A wrap-around balcony and terraces on two sides provide access to the staggering views. Inside the chalet is a permanent local art exhibition featuring artists and sculptors from Val Gardena and the painter Raimond Mussner.
Has five spacious suites accommodating 10 guests. There are also nine additional beds available in the rooms and mezzanines attached to the suites, plus an apartment for staff. The master suite on the second floor has a stunning freestanding bathtub with glorious views of the Dolomites.
Heading downstairs to the ground floor, guests can enjoy a movie in the delightful cinema room or relax and recharge in the spa, complete with sauna, Turkish bath, experience shower and relaxation area. There is also an indoor pool featuring counter current and a whirlpool.

We had a fantastic week, Matteo is a very kind, friendly, and cordial host, always ready for any clarification. Very comfortable apartment with all the accessories for a wonderful vacation, excellent location for any excursion in the magnificent Dolomites, living room terrace with table for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a wonderful view and the Civetta on the other. I recommend it to those who want to spend a relaxing vacation and excursions in the wonderful Dolomites. I hope to return, there is still so much to see.😍
