This luxurious premium chalet for a maximum of 14 people is located in Wagrain in the Salzburger Land and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape. This chalet has a total of 7 bedrooms, some with an “in-room” bathroom, a very large living room with an open fireplace, a wonderful dining area, a luxurious fully equipped open kitchen, 2 saunas, a heated swimming pool (available from April/May – September), ski room and own parking spaces. Since this chalet is located directly in the mountains, you have a wonderful view of the white peaks from the terrace.
The nearest ski lift is only 300 m from the chalet and takes you directly to the Snow Space Salzburg and Shuttleberg Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl ski areas with 210 km of slopes. Directly connected to the Flachau and Alpendorf ski areas, Wagrain is part of the Salzburger Sportwelt and Ski Amade with a total of 760 kilometers of slopes. Snow Space Salzburg offers winter sports enthusiasts many entrances to the ski area, 3 of which are in Wagrain alone.
In the midst of the impressive mountains in Salzburgerland you will find the best mix for your holiday, around 230 kilometers of marked hiking trails between crystal-clear mountain lakes and rustic alpine huts, around 150 kilometers of signposted mountain bike trails and several bathing lakes (Rupertisee, Wengsee) as well as the Wagrain water world for lots of bathing fun in the Summer.
Wagrain offers plenty of shops and supermarkets for everyday needs as well as a large selection of restaurants and bars. You can reach the provincial capital of Salzburg in about 45 minutes by car.

Het huis was perfect, zelfs nog mooier dan op de foto! Het was erg groot, goed ingedeeld en schoon, er ontbrak niets. De gastheer was ook super vriendelijk en stond altijd klaar om al onze verzoeken te vervullen.
De ligging van het huis en het omringende landschap zijn ook perfect.
Soggiorno molto piacevole! Eravamo già stati qui in precedenza: casa bellissima (sia all'esterno che all'interno), dotata di tutti i comfort. Con in più un bellissimo camino esterno! Ottima posizione rispetto ai negozi e a 2 impianti di risalita!
Very helpful, responsive, and honest couple! They had a beautiful house that I intend to visit again! The location is great, just a short and manageable walk with ski gear to two lifts and short walk to many restaurants and bars.a
Pobyt v tomto krásnom dome sme si veľmi užili. Ohnisko, veľká jedálenská časť a pohodlné postele boli skutočnými highlightmi. Bolo skvelé, že sme mohli využívať lanovku, ktorá bola v pešej vzdialenosti od domu. Užili sme si túry, výlety k všetkým blízkym jazerám a rakúsku pohostinnosť vo Wagrain.
The amenities leave nothing to be desired. There was enough space for 9 adults & 4 children. 2 covered parking spaces & 2-3 in the driveway. The kitchen is fully equipped & a Spar supermarket is right next door.

Eva et Matthias ont été des hôtes parfaits. Le chalet est tout simplement fantastique. Le ski-bus s'arrête devant la porte, les équipements sont superbes et il y a beaucoup d'espace pour 8 adultes, 5 enfants et 1 bébé. La communication était également parfaite, tout le monde était très serviable. Merci pour ces superbes vacances !

A strong chalet with a beautiful sauna, a beautiful indoor fireplace and a wonderful fireplace in the garden.
The chalet is fully equipped and sometimes more than that.
