Das Chalet war sauber, warm und gut ausgestattet – sowohl die Küche als auch die Badezimmer entsprachen unseren Erwartungen. Wir hatten immer warmes Wasser und guten Wasserdruck. Der Preis war angemessen für den Standard. Der einzige Nachteil war das sehr schwache WLAN. Trotzdem bewerten wir den Aufenthalt sehr positiv und würden gerne wiederkommen.
The house is nice and is in the center of Livigno in an exceptional location. The chalet is large and spacious and the kitchen is well-equipped. Chicca, Francesco's wife, is a wonderful, hospitable, kind, nice and caring person.

Beautiful chalet in the heart of Livigno, perfectly located with everything within walking distance—restaurants, shops, the ski school, and the slopes. Our hosts, Kika and Francesco, went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. They were incredibly helpful both in planning our trip and during our stay, even assisting us with our car when it broke down.
The chalet is spacious and beautifully decorated with a cozy mountain vibe, which made our holiday even more special.

The accommodation was absolutely wonderful! The location was in the heart of Livigno with shops and restaurants all around. Communication was also amazing and any questions I had were immediately answered. One of the best accommodations I’ve stayed in. Highly recommend!
