Ideally located just 100 metres from the main pedestrian street and golf course and 150 metres from the ski lifts, Chalet is perfectly placed to enjoy all that Cervinia has to offer. The ecological wooden structure is architecturally striking with rooms swathed in glass providing a gateway to panoramic views. The chalet was built using mostly natural materials from renewable sources, such as wood that has reduced consumption and very low CO2 emissions.
Set over four floors connected by an elevator, the chalet is accessible to those with disabilities. As you enter the chalet on the first floor you are greeted by a cosy lounge with a bioethanol fireplace. You will find the main living area on the top floor of the chalet. With windows over six metres high, comfortable sofas, a fireplace and TV, this is certainly an impressive spot to relax after a day on the slopes.
Just off the living room is a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen with an island. Doors lead out onto a covered loggia for reading and contemplation. A cosy corner bar is the ideal spot to enjoy an aperitif before dinner.
This Chalet accommodates 10 adults and two children across five en-suite bedrooms. A double/twin bedroom on the first floor has a private balcony and bathroom with a hydromassage shower. Two more twin/double bedrooms with private balconies and hydromassage showers are located on the second floor along with a double bedroom featuring a free-standing Corian bathtub. The fifth bedroom, also located on this level, has a double bed, double sofa bed and a seating area.
One of the main highlights of Chalet, has to be the professional spa. Relax on comfortable loungers whilst sipping on herbal teas in front of a suspended fireplace or soak aching muscles in the 12-person Jacuzzi. There’s also a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath and two experience showers with chromotherapy and aromatherapy. Massages are also available on request.
The ground floor is home to a heated ski room and there’s a private garage with parking for up to seven vehicles.

Absolutely amazing location with grand views of the Dolomites from almost every window. Great creek background noise. Perfectly placed for hiking directly from this chalet.
Accommodated our group of 10 adults just perfectly. We enjoyed sitting down for meals together. Plenty of bathrooms. A true gem of a spot in a most beautiful area. Road got fresh pavement during our Sept 2025 visit. Umberto did a great job communicating back with answers to our questions and requests before and during our truly wonderful stay.
We booked this spot 10 months out and recommend you select this spot for your vacation or gathering in the Dolomites.

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni meravigliosi in questo chalet lontano da ogni tipo di rumore fastidioso, direttamente sulle piste da sci in una posizione soleggiata e tranquilla.
Matteo è sempre preciso nelle informazioni e pronto a rispondere alle esigenze degli ospiti, lo chalet è molto luminoso e accogliente, stiamo molto bene.
Nádherné místo, které si musí každý zamilovat. Chatka, kde najdete naprostý klid se nachází v dostupné vzdálenosti do nejhezčích lyžařských sjezdovek v Itálii. Večerní relax v chatce byl úžasný. Spaní na pohodlných postelích a vybavení odpovídá popisu.
