The charming Apartment Plan de Corones is located in the heart of San Vigilio di Marebbe and enjoys a strategic central location. The ski slopes and ski lifts of the Plan de Corones ski area are just 200 meters away, while renown restaurants, supermarkets and the local boutiques all lie in walking distance.
The name of the apartment derivers from the street in which it is located, that enjoys the very same name as the sunny slope of Plan de Corones, where the annual Women’s Ski World Cup takes place and for which, such as the Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park, the mountain village of San Vigilio is famous.
The apartment, which represents free living space from July 2025, meaning residential space which is available to people without a primary residence in the province of Bolzano, is located on the first floor of the house built in 2002 and is divided into living and sleeping areas.
From the entrance on the left we find a bright, light-flooded open kitchen area as well as a traditionally furnished living room, a small laundry room and a daytime WC.
The south-facing terrace with magical mountain views of the UNESCO Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park is directly accessible from the living room. You can also enjoy the enchanting surrounding landscape from the cozy private garden.
The sleeping area comprises three bedrooms, all of which have balconies with views over the Dolomites. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with bathtub, while the other two rooms share a bathroom with a shower.
The well-thought-out room layout is obvious. To underline this, we are working with a South Tyrolean interior design office on a new interior design in a modern alpine style. This can be purchased or customized according to the wishes and preferences of the buyer.
The 25.25m² attic as well as two parking spaces in the garage and two spacious cellar rooms complete the offer and are included in the price.
The first two floor plans represent the exclusive existing property that is being sold. With the last floor plan, we underline the potential value creation of this property thanks to a new proposal on how the room layout could be designed.

Ein verstecktes Juwel im Herzen der Dolomiten! 🌲⛰️
Wir schätzen uns unglaublich glücklich, Doris' wunderschönes Haus gefunden zu haben – unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt. Doris ist eine außergewöhnlich herzliche und gastfreundliche Gastgeberin, die wirklich alles getan hat, damit wir uns wie zu Hause fühlen. Von dem Moment unserer Ankunft an war sie aufmerksam, freundlich und unglaublich hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen, die wir hatten.
Wir blieben eine Woche lang und nutzten das Haus als Ausgangspunkt, um die atemberaubenden Dolomiten zu erkunden. Die Lage ist ideal – das Dorf ist unberührt, friedlich und absolut charmant, wie aus einem Märchenbuch.
Doris' Gastfreundschaft hat den Unterschied gemacht. Sie ist wirklich eine der besten Gastgeberinnen, die wir je getroffen haben, und ihre Fürsorglichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft haben unserer Reise eine besondere Note verliehen. Wir sind ihr so dankbar und würden sofort wiederkommen!
What a winderful stay!
It's not only the cute San Vigilio village close to most of the attractions you wish to do in the east part of Dolomites, but what an amazing apartment and amazing host! Everything you need inside, a spotless clean place designed with so much heart and attention for smallest details! We felt such "at home" from the very moment we got inside! And if all this was not enough, Doris waited us for the check-in with a lot of information about the house and surrounding. She remained available during all our stay, every time smiling, patient and proffesional. One of the best rental in years! Thanks again
Increíble! Sin duda, uno de nuestros mejores alquileres. El apartamento estaba impecable, era moderno y la cocina estaba bien equipada con todo lo necesario. La ubicación también era fantástica, en un pequeño pueblo que parecía sacado de una postal.
Doris fue una anfitriona fabulosa y nos recibió cuando llegamos. También estuvo allí para despedirnos personalmente durante el check-out.
