Luxury villa located in the urbanization ‘Sa Torre’ on the cliff from where you can enjoy the best views over the bay of Palma. It is completely renovated and equipped with high quality elements that allow guests to enjoy an unforgettable and comfortable stay in an exclusive environment. It has a garden, terraces, a chill out area and a heated pool (in the winter months with extra fee) with 10 sun beds.
In the villa you will find a total of 6 double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, accommodating 12 guests. Fully equipped kitchen with the most modern elements, large dining room, living room with fireplace (romantic company in winter nights overlooking the sea), sauna, gym, massage room and conference room. Facilities include Wi-Fi (in all rooms), air conditioning, heating, satellite TV (also in all rooms).
On the terraces of the house you will find rooms with adapted furniture in each case, for example, the chill-out corner, from which you can watch the sunset in the afternoon. Directly from the living room out onto the terrace is the barbecue, where you can grill your meals. For the fun of the little ones, there is a children’s playground and a beach area (sandbox).

Hermosa ubicación, si realmente quieres paz y tranquilidad. ¡Preciosa casa con todos los servicios que necesitas para unas vacaciones perfectas! El pueblo cercano ofrece suficiente para comer o comprar comestibles, el coche es realmente necesario. Joana se asegura de que no te pierdas nada y tiene consejos prácticos para hacer cosas divertidas en la isla.

Si tenemos que dar un punto de crítica, encontramos el olor a alcantarillado arriba muy presente. Y asegúrate de traer repelente de mosquitos, porque hay muchos en toda la isla.

There were 10 of us adults staying at the finca for 6 days, and we all had a wonderful time!
Joana is a fantastic host; she welcomed us very warmly upon our arrival and showed us around. Throughout our stay, communication was always very easy, and Joana gave us great tips on the surrounding area.
The finca is beautiful and well-equipped. The pool and the large terrace in front of it provide a refreshing escape from the heat.
The guest house is equipped with air conditioning, and the bedrooms in the main house have ceiling fans, so we were all able to sleep comfortably at night.
The bathrooms and kitchen are also very nice and clean.
We would definitely come back anytime the next time we visit Mallorca.
We are a group of six female travelers and absolutely loved this peaceful accommodation surrounded by nature. The pool was a real treat since it was very hot in early July. The owner provided us with clear instructions for our arrival; she responds quickly to messages and is always available to offer recommendations for a wonderful stay in Mallorca.
