The open plan living area has a convenient L-shaped layout, with the large kitchen adjoining a cosy dining space that blends into the seating area. Whilst the interior offers the perfect blend between contemporary design and alpine chic, the high ceilings exposing the traditional roof beams add an architectural element to the space. The seating area is a wonderful place for sharing memorable experiences of your day on the slopes, whilst sitting back and relaxing in front of the modern, electric fireplace.
Following through from the living area is the stylish dining room table with enough space to seat up to 12 guests. Take a seat and enjoy watching the professional chef working away in the fully equipped kitchen to create a delicious three course meal.
Guests staying in This amazing Penthouse also have the luxury of two spacious outdoor terraces that allow you to make the most of the sun throughout the day. These can be accessed from the large panoramic floor to ceiling windows off of the living area, which flood the space with natural light. With stunning views of the surrounding mountains, the terraces the perfect spot for a pre-dinner cocktail.
In total, This amazing Penthouse can sleep up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms. These consist of three double bedrooms, and two bunk rooms each with pull out bed for an additional guest. Each bedroom has its own en-suite shower room which is finished in beautiful marble.
The apartments within Chalet Fabiola each have access to the shared facilities within the property including a wellness area with sauna, gym equipment, a ski room with boot warmers and a communal seating area. There is also a massage room for use if you book a treatment, brilliant for those looking to pamper themselves after a long day skiing the famous Arlberg pistes. For added convenience, guests staying in This amazing Penthouse are allocated 2 underground parking spaces, as well as an outdoor parking space suitable for 2 cars.
Chalet Fabiola is made up of This amazing Penthouse, Apartment Big Tom, Apartment Galzig and Apartment Rendl. Suitable to be taken separately, these apartments can also be rented together for larger groups of up to 36 guests.
Prices are based on the exclusive use of the Penthouse for up to 10 guests on a self-catered basis only.
The Penthouse can also be taken on a bed and breakfast basis to include daily breakfast prepared by the in-house chef and served in the penthouse. Prices are based on 10 guests and excludes VAT charges. Additional guests will be charged at extra cost: €25 EUR per person/per day.

Chalet Location
This amazing Penthouse sits in a convenient location to make the most of a luxury ski holiday to St Anton. The Fabiola residence is positioned just below the blue Zammermoos piste, around 60m away and 1 minute’s walk. When perfect snow conditions allows, confident skiers can ski back to the Penthouse’s terrace from the off-piste of the Osthang slope. This will take you down to the ski resort centre and main lift hub where you can jump on the Galzigbahn, Gampenbahn and Rendlbahn lifts to start your ski day.
If you are looking to enjoy the Après-ski on offer in St Anton, the Mooserwirt and Krazy Kanguruh bars are just a short walk away located on the edge of the Zammermoos piste.
The centre of St Anton is around a 25 minute walk and here you will find a great range of shops, bars and restaurants to choose from. Alternatively, the concierge team at the chalet can arrange taxis for an additional cost.

Wir waren mit 10 Erwachsenen und zwei Kleinkindern da. Wunderschöner Blick vom Balkon direkt in die Berge, Unterkunft wie auf den Bildern, schöne Sauna und großes Wohn- und Esszimmer, jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad und ist geräumig.
War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Positiv war auch der Ski-Depotgutschein, so konnten wir unser Ski-Equipment direkt neben dem Lift deponieren und mussten nicht täglich mit Ski-Material die xxx Höhenmeter vom Lift zum Haus . Danke!
We had the perfect accommodation with this amazing penthouse for our family trip with 10 people. Everyone had cozy space at the large dining room table and in the kitchen we could easily prepare all the food. 5 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, were the crowning glory. Thank you!

Our stay had some fantastic highlights, particularly the bedrooms. Each one was impeccably clean, comfortable, and having an ensuite bathroom for every room was a huge plus. The location was also excellent, and the views were truly breathtaking.
We were 10 people in this amazing penthouse and felt very comfortable. The location of the property is quiet and has a great view. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room convinces with a cozy atmosphere. We were able to relax with the help of the sauna. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and appropriately furnished. We can recommend it.
