Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in Paris

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Olivier.
Die Unterkunft ist einzigartig, sehr stilvoll und originell. Wir dachten, sie könnte als Kulisse für einen James-Bond-Film dienen!
Am Freitag hatten wir schönes warmes Wetter und konnten die Terrasse nutzen, die einfach fantastisch ist. Schade, dass es am Samstag geregnet hat!
Die Gegend ist toll. Etwas ruhiger als näher am Fluss, aber dennoch mit vielen Restaurants und guter Anbindung.
Das Einchecken, die Schlüsselübergabe und das Auschecken waren ganz unkompliziert.
Olivier und Albert haben sich ständig mit uns in Verbindung gehalten und sich vergewissert, dass alles in Ordnung war. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

This was a great place to stay. It was nice to part of the local community and hear the kids playing. Loved the local grocery store convenient and loved that there was not a lot of traffic!

Moja družina in jaz smo bivali v Olivierjevem stanovanju in bilo je čudovito. Stanovanje je zelo prostorno, tiho in se nahaja v odlični lokaciji. Soseska je varna in v bližini je veliko restavracij. Terasa je resnično čudovita in zaradi nje je to stanovanje vredno obiska. Vsekakor bi se vrnili!

We were a family of 6 and were all very comfortable. Lucky to have had glorious weather which was perfect for breakfast on the massive terrace. We truly had a lovely stay at Olivier’s apartment. It was our first time in that neighborhood and we liked it very much. Olivier was gracious and accommodating.

This is a great place if you are looking for a get-away in Paris with your family or friends. A great lay out of the apartment with 3 bedrooms providing privacy to all who are staying there and a fantastic terrace where we had breakfasts enjoying the morning sun. The kitchen is well equipped and laundry facilities work well. The hosts are extremely responsive and communicate very clearly. We also enjoyed dining at a couple of restos right on the same street within steps of the apartment. We had a really great time and I would come back to the same place again for sure.

Olivier’s apartment proved to be a good base for a group of 3 couples. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Fans were provided for each room which was appreciated for the warm weather in late May. The terrace is huge with a table than easily sits 6 for aperitivo, but we did find the flooring in need of a wash. Olivier and his team are communicative and provide responses for enquiries quickly. The apartment has a chic retro vibe which transports you to an earlier time in the City of Lights. Apartment is clean, but some of the carpet is showing its age. The hot water was plentiful for our group of 6 but it is very, very, very hot so be careful. The kitchen had what we needed for making light meals and the Nespresso machine worked well. There was one functional hair dryer for a 3 bedroom unit. We couldn’t find many cleaning supplies to tidy up after ourselves. Relative to other 3 bed / 3 baths in the area, the value was good.

The apartment is in a very safe area of Paris. It was very easy to get to the metro and did not take long to get into the city. The space is huge and we all thought it was a very fun apartment to stay in. Communication was very fast. The washer worked great once we figured out how to use it. We learned that you must close and button up the two inner flaps before closing the washer lid. We will definitely stay at this apartment again. It was perfect for us.
